The Tennyson Eco Club was started in 2023 to create an opportunity for students at Lord Tennyson Elementary School to work together to experiment with different ways to learn about Earth's ecology. This learning includes an awareness of human impact and to find ways to create positive behaviour change in ourselves, our school community and beyond.
Together as a group we meet weekly, and we learn through news, governmental sites, TedEd, Kahoots, and various environmental groups.

We try and do at least one kahoot per week at the Eco Club. Kahoots are an interactive and competitive way to make learning fun for kids! Make sure to play Kahoots that are related to Channels (e.g. BBC, Wikipedia, Ted Ed, NASA, etc.)
